Topics for our 5AM Calls
I want to hear from you guys - what do you want me to talk about on these calls. I am thinking productivity hacks - one of them being keeping your phone outside the bedroom, using apps to block social media, scheduling using calendar all the way to some business & investing hacks. How about we all pitch in with ideas in this thread and I can pick one every day and get the day started on a super positive note. 15 mins, 1 topic - every day :)

@Benj Manuel steps I need to take, or habits not formed yet are body strength training & reduced walking due to indoor working. I need to imbibe these two habits have yet to be structured into my routine, journaling and goal setting for work and personal space have been on and off but I am getting better at. I watch my ageing /sleep/ RHR and other body hacking numbers using whoop and my goal is to score high on recovery, sleep, aging…I use these for bio hacking tools with supplementation/nutrition and lifestyle. First 5 days 🚀
We completed the first week. They say that it takes 21 days to build a habit. We are 25% there! Here’s what I got done in these 5 days of waking up an hour early. I was able to meditate for 4 out of the 5 days and spent a little more time with Arian before the morning routine. I also slept before 10pm on all 5 days in order to wake up early and by extension, had enough energy to hit the gym for 4 days this week 🥳 That’s a lot for 1 week. Share your experience too 👇

As much as I could not make the 5AM yet I am close to it thanks to Nav for this initiative got me thinking to re- optimize my schedule

It’s my first Canada winters, the short days/ light savings is new for me and I noticed my sleep patterns changing and stretching and needed a group like this to get motivated and optimize myself to be more productive…so let’s put it Nav it’s JIT.
