In the mirror, you get a symmetrical, real-time, full-body view. You can adjust instantly. The camera gives you: a single angle, a slight delay, and zero forgiveness on half-committed moments. Here's what this means for your training: ➤ "Performance Face" is not a face. It's a decision. Every 8-count, you must make a conscious choice about where your eyes go and what they communicate. Glazed eyes = checked-out performer. Even if your technique is clean. 🎯 DRILL — The 3-Second Rule: 1. Film an 8-count facing the camera 2. Watch it back. Within the first 3 seconds — did you invite the viewer in? 3. If your gaze drifted, your intention wasn't set before you moved 4.
