What you’re doing right now is bigger than a diet. It’s bigger than a number on the scale. It’s bigger than a “health kick.” You are making lifestyle changes that are shifting the entire trajectory of your life. Every meal tracked. Every workout completed. Every time you say no to old habits. Every time you choose discipline over emotion. That’s identity work. That’s legacy work. This isn’t temporary. This isn’t seasonal. I was able to drop down on the scale with weight super happy about that ! And I been able to be consistent in my cardio ❤️
