A lot of people think disciplined people are always motivated…but discipline is actually way simpler than that! Discipline is making the decision to choose what you want MOST over what you want right now. Discipline looks like: showing up to work out even when you don’t want to, preparing meals at the beginning of the week, making healthy choices consistently, and even staying committed when your progress looks or feels slow. Don’t forget that being disciplined doesn’t mean being perfect - it’s just repeated obedience to you goals! This week, our challenge is to focus on ONE area we want to grow in discipline. High-Protein Frozen Yogurt Bark
Happy Friday HWPD-ers🔥🔥 Here’s a little meal prep idea that’s perfect for sweet cravings. Ingredients: - 2 cups Chobani Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt - 1/2 cup Kodiak Cookie Butter Protein Granola - 1/2 cup strawberries or blueberries - 2 tbsp peanut butter - 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips Instructions: Spread the yogurt onto a tray or plate lined with parchment paper. Add toppings, drizzle peanut butter on top, then freeze for 2–3 hours. Break into 4 servings. Macros per serving with peanut butter: Calories: ~180 Protein: ~15g Carbs: ~14g Fat: ~7g Macros per serving without peanut butter will lower fat: Calories: ~155 Protein: ~14g Carbs: ~12g Fat: ~3g 😋😋😋😋

Not every workout is going to feel like a PR day, and that’s okay. Progress isn’t always linear. Some days your body is more tired, stressed, under-recovered, or simply off. One weaker workout doesn’t mean you’re losing progress. Just keep showing up! I went to two workout classes this past week at my local Gym and it’s helping me build consistency and went with a sister in Christ to a class as well to help me stay accountable and show up.
