Hello all, I am looking forward to commit myself into this journey. I am 29 now. I have been inactive for most part of my life. Not very good at bodyweight exercises. Can't even do 1 pushup. Early 2023, I decided for a change and I had enrolled at a gym for basic parkour training and strength training. In between I got diagnosed with back pain due to disc bulge. I had left those training then. After that I followed recovery exercises specified by physio and did those only. Later, out of my own volition I taught myself swimming with the help of youtube and regular practice. I continued that till last May 2024. It was a great therapy for me because I was scared of water and suddenly I couldn't go by a day without swimming. When I shifted from that place, swimming got discontinued. Now for last 1 year I am not active anymore. This is my history. What I want is, I want to be fluid be able to move easily, without feeling restricted by my own body. Comfortable with my own body. I want to feel strong, energetic. Do atleast 10 push-up easily. I want to teach myself how to stick with this routine, continue building myself to be stronger everyday. Thank you for reading :)
