To Entrepreneurs: F*ck processed foods, they broke me
A few years back I used to eat a lot of junk food, I mean a lot. I thought I ate quite healthy, but chips, deli meats, candy and things cooked in seed oils were a daily part of my diet. not only did it make me feel miserable, depressed, weak and purposeless but it also worsened my addictions, my motivation, relationships, my sleep, my performance as a student and athlete etc, etc, etc. Now that I actually removed it from my life and I can see how messed up it is, I sometimes look back and wonder how I even made it out of that phase. I feel way better and actually WANT to work. So, to give you a little extra motivation to stop, tell us what you dislike most about junk food and why you want to stop. If your experience is comparable to that of other guys, respond to them as well.

I always used to get insane brain fog when I ate huge amounts of rice pudding before going the gym. I honestly believe that carbs make you slow. What's your opinion on this? Are you on carnivore/keto?

@Julian K I'm somewhat on a keto diet but I definitely want to change things up again because I've been doing this for about a year now and want to experiment again
