It's a NEW WEEK, A NEW MONTH and a FULL MOON WEEK!
What are your top 3 targets this week? Sometimes I find having something to hold me accountable helps me stick to my plan... I actually have a great little sign on my desk (see the attached picture) that reminds me lol! So, let's help keep each other accountable this week! Here are my 3 Targets: 1. Journal/post everyday 2. Drink at least 1 litre of water a day 3. Move my body once a day, even if its just a 15 min stretch! My 3 Targets This Week 💥 1️⃣ Hit 7,000 steps every day — movement fuels my mindset. 2️⃣ Commit to two solid workouts this week — showing up for myself, not perfection. 3️⃣ Stay dialed into my nutrition plan — because structure equals freedom. @Abby Miller That’s such a great question — and honestly, I love your approach. For me, if things don’t go as planned, I try not to spiral into “all or nothing” mode anymore. I remind myself that progress isn’t always linear — sometimes it’s about showing up even when the day doesn’t go perfectly. My bounceback is usually taking a step back, reflecting on why things went off track, and then getting right back to structure the next day — meals, movement, mindset. I’ve learned that one off day doesn’t define me; consistency does.
