Day One Build
Hello everyone! It is nice to meet you all! I have finished the day 1 built and am excited to share the journey and my build with everyone. Here is what I have so far: The thing I learned today was that you can use Claude inside Visual Studio and that Claude can do most of the things itself. I thought that I knew most of the things that Claude can do, but there is so much more i have not seen or knew from Claude. One thing i would change on the newsletter is the attachment at the bottom of the email. It should send the newsletter without an attachment of the logo. That does not look clean. Other than that I would leave it as it is I appreciate that you make all of this easy to understand and structured Nate!

@Antonio Xu Hi Antonio, I found it on google pictures. i wrote in logo design and saw the squirrel and decided to see what AI can make out of this design. I like the black and the gold that Claude decided to use. Day 2: MCP - Scraper | 7 Day AIS Challenge
Day 2 log: - What I scraped: I scraped the stock of apartments of the biggest real estate broker in Chile. As I'm looking to become a broker myself, I want to monitor my competition's offers. - One thing I learned: so for some reason, even after installing the firecrawl MCP, for the first run it installed and used playwright. On one hand it surprised me that it did the job even when faced with a problem (self-healing). On the other hand, it used a method I didn't approve (I guess it is dangerous to bypass permissions lol), and it used ALL the sessions tokens. For the second run I scraped another competitor's website with firecrawl. - One use case idea: in my own (future) broker business, I can scrape and monitor competitor's stock.

@Antonio Xu being able to quickly scrape and see the competition is huge. They wont see you coming and wont know what hit them. I like how yuo are using these lessons to already see what you want and using it in practice! Keep it up!

Potential client
Just a month I got a builder client for a website(1k) The solar client was on and off but now its confirmed essentially I will be using my follow up system to get them qualified leads. My concern was gdpr but even that is solved the leads have opted in and have given consent. Additionally a beauty saloon is interested as well. (Website booking system, Google review automation, 24 hr sms reminder, Reminding cold clients after 12 weeks+) Another builder whos coming back from holiday is interested as well. (Website) A driveway guy is interested but hes 50-50. (Website) In a matter of a month i have landed 2 clients and got 3 interested clients. If those 3 clients do get interested and sign thsts a 5 clients this month 🤑🤑 3 are warm leads 2 are cold leads. Im just happy to get people interested tbf thats a win for me

Congrats! How did you reach out to those clients? Was it through word of mouth?

Day 2 Built
Hi everyone, this is my day 2 built. I was able to successfully scrape 10 jobs from a website. One thing I learned was that you can tell Claude to save everything globally so that it can just fetch it when I start another project. I can use the web scraping tool on a client if we were to ever have our first meeting, so that I would know about his business and I could expand on what he might need and where I can help the client.

@Howard Barnes Thanks Howard, I am hooked by these classes, I have tried other AI classes but this one with Nate is by far the best one. I have already tried getting some clients, but no luck so far. That is why I thought this would be a good idea. I was not aware that Claude could even do all this and that you can use Claude in visual studio. This all sounds insane but at the same time amazing since the manual work is reduced a LOT. Have you been able to get any clients and if so, how did you do it, how did you convince them to get your product?
