I especially enjoyed the Lifestyle Hack section, which spoke directly to habits I’ve struggled with, like overloading my to-do list, constantly checking my phone, and not prioritizing sleep. I’d love to see a future edition include more tips on exercise, but overall, this book delivers actionable wisdom in a refreshingly concise way.
