@Bobbi Ludwig I'd say focus on questions that will will help you discover their problems and questions that will allow you to dig deeper in the problem. If they don't mention the problem you're focused on then go deeper with the problems they point out. You need to be careful not to try to nudge them in the direction of your idea and let things come up organically. I have a framework for this but I need to update it and I'll add it here. Let me know if you have any other questions or if you want me to review your questions.
