Question
What are some good exercises for someone studying wing chun?
The wing chun ring
Is it a useful training tool? Why or why not?

@Nicholas Milevsky thanks! I've heard a lot of conflicting testimonials in the past. I was thinking about getting one but I definitely won't now
Forms, Chi-Sau, and Lat-Sau
Which one is your favorite thing to train and why?

It's really hard to pick one, I would have to say chi-sau, and forms. I really like all the fine details behind all of them though. Plus it's all really fun to do.
Question
How did you first hear about Wing Chun? Give your answer in the comments below. Personally, I had a friend in high school that had been doing Wing Chun for about a year and he was always talking about it. I was interested in Martial Arts already and wanted to have some kind of formal training, so decided to try out Wing Chun. It also happened to be the ONLY martial art school in the city I lived in.

@Matthew Wright that he did. When I was a kid I was crazy over martial arts media. Bruce Lee did play a big part in my over all life long quest for knowledge, but as nerdy as it sounds, the likes of power rangers, and dragon ball is what made the most impact on me seeking out to improve my self lol
