Iron Bridges (limbs) would be the structure of the various hand positions and the cotton body would be the softness of offloading force with our footwork. I've also heard the term Iron wrapped in cotton. You want both with both. Structure that yields without collapsing in our hand techniques and our posture and footwork.
Seminar with Dai Si-Fu Jeff Webb this Sunday and Monday. Cost of admission is $160. Sunday we start at 4pm and go til 8pm. Monday we start at 6pm and go til 10pm. The advanced guys also get the opportunity to train the coveted Bart Cham Dao and Long Pole. Looking forward to a great Seminar!
