@Robert Whitsell and @Alana Clark mentioned barely booking any of the leads they speak with. So I’ve created a full breakdown of how we managed to hit a 5% booking rate with cold outreach as well as a 25% booking rate with inbound leads. Meaning we book a quarter of the leads we speak with.
