Disabled Facebook Page
Hi Sally, I had a few push notifications through today saying someone was trying to log in to my instagram and Facebook accounts - I kept clicking that it wasn’t me, but within an hour I had multiple emails from Meta saying they suspended my accounts and eventually disabled them permanently with no appeal. I’ve been following all the steps to recover a hacked profile but none are working - I just keep getting messages saying no account exists under my email address or that I’ve never logged in previously on my device?! Have you come across this before and do you know how I can recover them? It’s both my businesses pages lost 😭

@Sally Prendergast thank you Sally. I’ve tried all the steps suggested by Meta but it keeps saying there’s no accounts linked to my email, and it says I’m using a device that’s never logged in before. Both facts are of course untrue! I couldn’t find anyone on Fiverr but I have just signed up to Upwork and put a post out, there seem to be lots on there although they charge lots of £££ 🙈 I am so gutted! Thank you for your advice 🫶🏼

Paid Ads Wins?

Hey Sally, my ads have been running for over 2 weeks now and I haven’t had anything from it. I set it up as sales this time as I am selling a free open week so the ad links straight to the booking page. Followed all advice and the ads are showing everywhere just no interest so far! I considered changing to leads instead of sales but seems I’d need to set up the ad from scratch. Is there anything else I can do?

@Sally Prendergast thank you so much for your help Sally, I really appreciate it! The stats and click rates are looking good, so I’ve made all the changes to the text and images as suggested. Still no bookings coming in but click rates are good, so I’ll bite the bullet and create a leads ad set instead 😬
Your Christmas Gift - FREE Ad Campaign Review 🎄
Hello studio owners 👋 as an early Christmas gift from me to you, I’m offering free Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaign reviews for the next 3 days only. ➡️ What to do 1. Make a comment under this post 2. Paste the link to your Facebook page 3. Tell me what you’re promoting (eg. 2026 enrolments, preschool open day, holiday camp, etc) 4. Make sure the ad is running from a correctly set up Meta Business ad account (I can’t review ads run from personal ad accounts) I will record a short, personalised video with feedback and quick, practical suggestions and post it back as a reply to your post (1-3 day turnaround time). Only available for posts submitted by the end of the day, Sunday 14 December. NOTE: Dance Marketing Pro members can get this feedback anytime in that community!

Paid Ads Hot Tips 🔥
With the Andromeda update that rolled out in the Meta Ads platform this year, the way ad campaigns are structured now is completely different. Here a few hot tips based on the dance studio ads showing up in my feed and what I am working on with my students at the moment: ✅ One campaign, one ad set - don't run multiple campaigns at the same time as they will compete against each other and cost you more $ (this is the case even if you are running one campaign for pre-schoolers and one for adults - in your local area, this is the same audience). ✅ Targeting is in the ad creatives - Meta takes interest based audience targeting as a suggestion only so don't bother using it. Use location targeting and then make sure the ad artwork is targeting the right people. ✅ Creative volume is king! Most studios aren't testing enough ad creative or are using the same image/carousel template with different images - Meta sees this as one ad only. For a budget of $10 p/day, use 5-6 very different ad creatives. ✅ Your offer and the ad copy (the words) is what persuades people to take action - here are some questions to ask: is it obvious what's in it for them? Is there a deadline or a limited amount (urgency & scarcity)? Are you solving a problem for your target audience? Let me know if you have any questions 🥰

Hi Sally, I have everything set up to launch my paid ads today. I was planning on launching 3 campaigns to target our 3 different age ranges - what's the best way to promote all ages if we can't now run multiple campaigns?

@Sally Prendergast thank you! I am using them to promote our free open week in January so they will all link to the same booking form. I haven't done an campaign that way before so will have a look into it now.
