Keep an eye on your personal inbox, as myself or Victoria will be messaging you to personally welcome you in as well 💞 Last month, I included some of the Ayurvedic energetics of Aprils season change. May has its own subtle shifts. May is a transitional period where the Earth (and our bodies!) are shifting from ‘Kapha’ (Earth/Water) towards more ‘Pitta’ energies (Fire/Water) Some seasonal support you could incorporate: - Focus on light, bitter, astringent foods. - Add herbs like hibiscus, coriander, fennel, aloe, guduchi and mint. - Dry brushing is fantastic! Oil massages can be done with coconut oil. - Nature Connections: first light in the morning & walks in the evening with your loved ones to regulate your circadian rhythm (this is applicable all year around!) - Watch for ‘heated’ emotions - often a ‘spring fever’ can erupt when there is need for emotional balance - If you are pregnant, be mindful of the ‘detoxification’ fads that ‘spring’ up this time of year.
