When playing on wsop gold on the 8 max mandatory straddle and ante with 200bb deep. Do you open pot for 11bb or something smaller like 7 or 8bb? When someone open raises 11bb and you want to 3 bet do you pot for 40bb or use a smaller sizing like 25 or 33bb?
