Hero call river or fold?
Heys guys! Just recently got back into the game after 2 months off, find it a little tougher to make the right decision, especially since I switch from GG poker to Coin poker. I was playing a 200$ game and their is 1 guy who gave great action, (6-bet shoved all in against me with AQJ8ss, 250BB deep) we are pretty deep and he was up about a 1000BB at one point, I am 500BB deep. Of course A754 triple suited is not a hand a normally play but against this guy I want to get involved. He CB pots the flop and goes for 3/4 pot on turn I decided to pot the turn, he calls. River he leads for pot and I ended up getting timed out. Can I ever find a hero call here? Seen him bluff a couple of times but he usually use a merge bet size, and the last time he pot the river vs me happen to have the nuts.

As I said this is a hand I would insta fold pre but considering we are 500BB deep in position against this type opponent I wanted to get involved. The question is do you guys ever call the river here?

@David E Yeah it's hard to find bluffs after calling turn, think I've been watching too much of the CGWC and think they just find bluffs from anywhere😅
Maybe too aggressive?
https://www.pokerstarsreplayer.com/hands/7bfceaa73c I shoved after the the sb 4 bets with a short stack on the button, I guess I should have just called and seen the flop?

I made the same play many times, however, I think calling the squeeze is probably the correct play, the times you completely brick the flop you can get away cheap.

Thanks man, there are some ranges the BB has that completely crushes me but I guess potting here given the fold equity is okay.

@Johnny Stone Thanks man, that makes sense!
GgPoker rake
Hi guys, Do you think the low/medium stakes on regular tables at GGPoker are beatable before RB? I played for a few days and Im doing pretty good, but the sample is quit small of course.

Yes of course with good table selection!
Do you call on this flop? What about the turn?

Yeah I would fold against a CB from the pre flop aggressor and probably shove against the buttons range, calling doesn't make a lot of sense, SPR is only 1.5 so you don't need that much equity.
