REQUEST FOR FEEDBACK — The 90‑Day Clarity Rebuild™
I’m finalizing a new 90‑day clarity program for high‑earning entrepreneurs and executives who are successful on paper but quietly overwhelmed, mentally overloaded, or running at a pace that’s starting to cost them more than it gives them. Before I lock it in, I’m looking for feedback from 10–20 people who fit this profile (or know someone who does). 🔥 THE REAL BOTTLENECK At $125K–$500K+, your mind becomes the constraint, not your skill. Too many open loops. Too many responsibilities. Too many decisions stacked on top of each other. This program is built to solve that. ⭐ THE PROMISE A 90‑day rebuild of your internal operating system so you can: - make clear decisions - protect your personal life - hit big goals - without burning out This is not coaching. This is an OS rebuild. ⭐ THE SHAPE OF THE 90 DAYS The program moves through four phases: 1. Stop the Leak — identify what’s draining your time, energy, and clarity 2. Rebuild Your OS — install new mental, emotional, and behavioral systems 3. Reclaim Your Time — eliminate overwhelm and protect bandwidth 4. Lock It In — make your clarity permanent This is the structure I want feedback on. 💰 PRICE BAND $4K–$6K, depending on start date and support level. ⭐ LOOKING FOR FEEDBACK If you or someone you know: - earns $125K–$500K+ - feels mentally overloaded or stretched thin - wants to hit big goals without sacrificing home life Drop a checkmark and I’ll send you the full offer breakdown. In exchange for your feedback, you will receive a free 30‑minute Clarity Session (normally $300). Appreciate you. Your insight will help me finalize this so it serves the people who need it most. RJ

@Rj Hodges The positioning is strong, especially the shift from “work harder” to rebuilding the systems behind how someone operates. I like the four-phase structure because it creates a clear journey instead of just promising motivation or productivity. One thing I’d be curious about is how you’ll help clients identify the root cause of their overload whether it’s too many commitments, poor systems, decision fatigue, or something deeper since that diagnosis seems like it would shape the whole rebuild.
Coaches over 40... this one is for you
I love Alex Hormozi. Genuinely. His frameworks are the best in the biz and his content is world-class. But there’s a version of his model that quietly breaks people. Not because it’s bad or wrong but because it’s built for a season of life most of us aren’t in anymore. The “outwork everyone” era works when you’re 25 with no kids, no mortgage, and unlimited energy. But the moment you have a family, a body that needs sleep, and a life you actually want to enjoy… the cracks show fast. In my latest video, I break down exactly where Hormozi’s model stops working ... and what to do instead if you want to build a real business without sacrificing the life you’re building it for.

@Danielle Smith You’re welcome, Danielle! I think that perspective will serve you well. After building a strong track record for that long, you’re not starting from zero you’re bringing years of experience, discipline, and problem-solving into something where you have more control over the direction. Sometimes unexpected changes create the space to build something that aligns better with where you are now. Excited to see what you create in this next chapter.

@Christine Vabre Exactly!!
Request for Feedback on My New 90‑Day Program
FEEDBACK REQUEST, DOES THIS SPEAK TO YOU? I just finished building a new 90‑day program for high‑earning entrepreneurs and executives who are successful on paper but quietly overwhelmed, mentally overloaded, or running at a pace that’s starting to cost them more than it gives them. Before I finalize it, I’m looking for honest feedback from 10–20 people who fit this profile (or know someone who does). If you or someone you know: ▪️Earns $125K–$500K+ ▪️Feels like success is starting to pull from their energy, clarity, or relationships ▪️Wants to hit big goals without burning out or losing themselves I would love your perspective. Drop a ✅ in the comments if you’re interested and I’ll share the full offer breakdown. In exchange for your honest feedback, I’m offering a free 30‑minute Clarity Session (normally $300) where we will map out exactly what’s draining your time, energy, and clarity......and identify one clear next step you can implement immediately. Appreciate you in advance, your insight will help me make sure this serves the people who need it most. RJ

@Rj Hodges That distinction actually makes a lot of sense. Positioning it as a clarity system instead of another performance program changes the conversation. A lot of high performers don’t necessarily need more strategies or more pressure they need space to think clearly, make better decisions, and operate sustainably. I’d be interested to see how you structure the 90 days, especially how you measure progress beyond just feeling less overwhelmed.

@Rj Hodges That’s a strong way to measure it. I like that you’re moving beyond subjective feelings and creating a way to track the change over time. The Time Audit especially stands out because reclaiming time is often the first visible sign that someone is reducing the overload and making better decisions.
I'm doing something a little weird on Friday
So I had an idea in the shower. (Where all my best ideas happen. And also where I rehearse arguments I'll never have. Anyways….) This Friday I'm hosting a live Q&A call. No slides. No frameworks with a trademark symbol… okay fine, ONE trademark symbol. But its going to be Just us. Brainstorming ways to get you more leads, calls, clients, and cash in the next few weeks. The theme is something I'm calling … The Wand & The Staff. Here's the short version: Every business needs two kinds of money magic. 🪄 The wand = quick cash spells. Money this week. 🧙🏼‍♂️ The staff = the long game. Recurring revenue that shows up every month whether you're feeling magical or not. Most coaches only carry one. That's why it's feast or famine… or slow and broke. Friday, we’re going to brainstorm ways to fix that. Together. Live. 🗓 Friday, August 14th @ 10:00 AM PST (1 PM EST) Register here for the zoom link and to get the replay "This is for members in the Claude for Coaches Community ($47)* Dan “money magic” Harrison P.S. Yes, this is basically a bunch of coaches hanging out coming up with money ideas. That's the whole event. You're welcome.

@Dan Harrison I like this concept. A lot of coaches focus heavily on getting the next client but don’t always build the systems that create predictable recurring revenue. The balance between short-term cash flow and long-term stability is where a lot of businesses struggle. Having both the “wand” and the “staff” is really about creating momentum while building something sustainable. Curious to see what ideas come out of the Q&A.
PLATFORM
With the various posts we can offer clients. is it suitable for all platforms.The niche I focus on Is more Linkedin based. What works on Insdta and FB doesn't seem to work on there

@Rudi Brits Exactly. I don’t think one type of post should simply be copied across every platform. The core idea can stay the same, but the format, hook, length, tone, and CTA should be adapted to the platform. LinkedIn especially feels more focused on expertise, opinions, stories, and business conversations, while Instagram/Facebook can lean more visual and casual. If your niche is LinkedIn-focused, I’d build the content strategy around LinkedIn first rather than trying to make one system fit every platform.
