Help with the JIm's twin
Hi :) I need help with Jim's twin. On the call, Jim said that it is possible to switch to the auditory version of Jim's twin. I'd like that, but I do not know how. Help!! Where do I turn on voice/audio for the AI replies? Thank you โฃ๏ธ๐Ÿ™‚

Dopamine detox group challenge? ๐Ÿ‘€
Yesterday during the Cohort 3 Q&A we had a fascinating discussion about dopamine, procrastination, sleep, focus, social media, Netflix binges, gaming, and why we sometimes struggle to do the things we actually want to do. Multiple members shared that when they reduce the constant stimulation for a few days, they: - Sleep better - Feel calmer - Focus easier - Stop procrastinating as much - Feel more connected to themselves So I'm considering organizing a 3-Day Dopamine Detox Challenge for the ADHD Harmony community. We'd check in together each day and share wins, struggles, insights, and what changes when the noise disappears. I'm curious... Who would actually join? Let me know in the comments. What would be the hardest thing for you to give up for 3 days? ๐Ÿ˜…

Hi :) How many questions do we have with Sage, Jim and the Coach? Today, I am experiencing that the questions I asked Jim get subtracted from Sage. Is that suppose to happen? When I opened Sage, it sad 46 out of 50, without I even asked a question. Also: When I put my birth time in Human Design info- it won't remember it. Is that a glitch? I remember Jim talkin about the possibility on the last call.

I realized that my therapy session on Monday (trauma work) has probably what influenced my mood and energy. I just couldn't move forward. Some deep integration was probably happening, and i should have just relaxed into it even more :) I accidentally got some caffeine last evening ( have not had any in many years) so I WAS awake. I cleaned my kitchen- closed that loop. Began with the worksheets, and slept in the morning. Did my new morning routine. Have some ideas for AI. All is well :) <3 Have a nice day out there

Day 1- low energy
Done my check-in and the reflection. ( Can vi get our time of birth in the astrology thing?) It is a low-energy day, so I am probably going to spend a lot of time on my tasks for the week. Introspection here I come :)
