Gentle but Invigorating Morning Movement
Today we’ll move at a gentle pace with just enough energy to wake up the body and lift the spirit. Go at your own pace and see if we can put a little bounce in your step while boosting your mood and energy through simple, mindful movement.

My plane had big turbulence almost every time it went up 😂. Anyways, even though the wall sit ( I did a tree sit 😁 ) was hard for me, I did it. Also, I started the digital detox today, so we'll see how it goes 🤗.
Gentle Morning Mobility
Let’s move gently, calmly, and mindfully as we loosen up a stiff, sore body and create more freedom of movement. With consistent practice, we build the mobility that helps us move through our days with greater strength, confidence, and ease.

Good session 👍! Just what I needed before heading off to ride a bike 🚲.
Creating Moments of Transcendence
The most ordinary moments can become extraordinary when we truly pay attention. Today, bring full presence to every movement, every breath, and everything around you. Through mindful movement and awareness, even the simplest moments can become moments of transcendence.

Amazing session 😁! Paying attention is truly an important thing that we need to practise 🤗.
Boost Heart Health & Energy
Today we pick up the pace with a gentle cardio session. As always, go at your own pace and choose your own adventure. Let’s elevate the heart rate, maybe work up a light sweat, and appreciate all that these incredible bodies can do. Moving with a little more intensity from time to time helps build energy, endurance, and a healthier heart.

Probably my favorite cardio session so far 🤗. I really enjoyed the hopsotch, I do that kind of movement when I feel happy, I'm trying to dance to music, or I'm celebrating my good math results ( the last option happens very rarely 😂😭 ).

@Denny Fairchild When we started the hopscotch, I had no idea what am I doing, so I just jumped around and then I got it right 👍.
Preparing for a Digital Fast
I recently watched an interview with a 97-year-old philosopher, filmed just months before he passed. At the 15-minute mark, he talks about seeing trees blowing in the wind as a transcendent moment — and admits he didn't always see it that way. That stuck with me. I want to see even the smallest things as transcendent, always. And I don't think I'm finding that by continuing to look things up, scroll, and stay tethered to a screen. I have an addiction to technology — no doubt about it. So I'm preparing to break free: one full week with no technology, no filming. Starting next week. I'll share a few thoughts over the next few days as I get ready. Maybe there's something in your own life you're ready to unplug from too.

That is a good idea 🤗! I will try to do some form of digital fasting the next week aswell 😁. I'm not gonna be completely without technology, I'm still gonna use my phone, but just for Duolingo, exercising sessions, music, text and calls if needed, and nothing else. Will it be hard? Most likely yes, but I'm sure I'll make it, I already did something similiar in the past 👍.
