You Have To Heal Yourself First ⚡️
The Way I’m Going To Be Helping So Many People Ideally Is Epically & Incredible ⛓️‍💥 Connections Are What Keeps Us Thriving Through Life . You Have To Dig More Deeper Into Your Mindset, Giving You The Ability To Choose What Path To Pursue.. Don’t Give Up GIVE IN Because When You Give Up There’s A Few Things That Happens: #1 Mentally: Your brain stops fighting for the goal #2 When you give up, your mind shifts into “protection mode.” #3 It thinks: This is too much, too hard, too painful let’s avoid it. You might feel temporary relief, but over time you also feel: - frustration - regret - a hit to your confidence - the feeling of being “stuck” Your brain learns from what you do. If it learns that quitting is the pattern, that pattern gets stronger. GIVE IN When you don’t give up, something powerful happens inside you and around you. It’s not instant, but it’s inevitable. Here’s what it really means: #1 Your mind rewires itself for strength Every time you push through a challenge, your brain forms new pathways that say: “I Can Handle This.” That becomes your new default. Confidence stops being a feeling and becomes a fact. #2 You break the old version of yourself The version of you that: - doubted - procrastinated - feared failure - felt small …starts to die off. A new version forms ⚡️ disciplined, focused, sharp. Not because you were born that way, but because you chose it. #3 People start noticing your energy Consistency creates a vibration. Even before results show, people can feel: - your seriousness - your elevation - your purpose - your glow Your presence changes before your life does and then your life catches up. Therefore NEVER GIVE UP ⚡️TrulyDivine PowerMinds⚡️

Coming out of the dark
Depression can make life feel heavy, slow, and confusing — but even in the darkest moments, small steps can lead to brighter days. Healing doesn’t happen overnight, but it does happen. And it begins with giving yourself permission to take one step at a time. 1. Start With Small Wins You don’t need to fix everything at once. Simple actions like getting out of bed, taking a walk, or talking to someone you trust can slowly rebuild your strength. 2. Stay Connected Isolation makes the weight feel heavier. Reach out to a friend, family member, or someone who listens without judgment. Opening up doesn’t make you weak — it helps you heal. 3. Be Kind to Yourself You’re doing the best you can with what you’re carrying. Replace self-criticism with patience. Rest when you need to, and celebrate progress, no matter how small. 4. Do Things That Bring Light Music, sunlight, journaling, prayer, hobbies — these little sparks of joy can remind you that you’re still here, still growing, still deserving of peace. 5. Seek Professional Support When You Need It Talking to a mental-health professional can provide guidance and tools that make the journey easier. Reaching out for help is a sign of courage, not weakness.

Where is everyone from? That’s a wrap - what was your biggest takeaway?
Hello new friends! Would love to know where you are from!! 🤗 Houston Texas here. Biggest takeaway for me: It’s not AI that will replace my work, it will be those who learn the tools. 🤯

You Have to Train Yourself to Think Bigger
No one else is going to do it for you. Not your environment. Not your past. Not even the people who love you. Most of us didn’t learn how to think big...we learned how to be realistic. How to manage expectations. How not to get our hopes up. That conditioning doesn’t disappear just because you want more. Thinking bigger isn’t motivation. It’s a skill. And like any skill, it’s trained through repetition: - Questioning the limits you’ve accepted as fact - Catching the “that’s not for me” thoughts in real time - Choosing intentional action even when your confidence hasn’t caught up yet Here’s the part people skip: Your brain will always default to what feels familiar. Familiar feels safe...even when it’s limiting. So if you wait to feel ready, you’ll stay right where you are. Growth requires uncomfortable reps: - Thinking a little bigger than your evidence supports - Acting before certainty arrives - Staying in the game long enough for your beliefs to update No one wakes up believing more is possible for them. They earn that belief by proving it to themselves. Train the thought. Take the action. Let the result expand your standards. That’s how bigger lives are built...on purpose. So... my question for you today...What’s something you want but haven’t allowed yourself to fully want yet...and why?

A great reminder
Today we get to celebrate Thanksgiving, and no matter where you live in the world, it’s a beautiful reminder to give thanks for the people who shaped us, the moments that helped us grow, and the countless gifts we often overlook when we focus only on what’s wrong or missing. Maybe today is the day we notice what we’ve gained, the opportunities before us, and the people who’ve walked with us along the way.. Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours.
