Thank you.
Firstly, I I would like to say a big thank you to Sharon Little for the zoom meetings helping people to practice coaching. Even the conversations in the sharing rooms, usually taking a long time, she is always there waiting with a big smile on her face. Thank you ,my friend for supporting me and other people in the community on this wonderful journey. The second person, who I'd like to thank and I really, really feel grateful for her open opinions and her generous support is Diana Frank. Your opinions are always welcome, and your suggestions are very valuable. Thank you so much for the research and helping me to clarify my niche. I would also like to say thank you to Belinda Peyrelongue ( apologise if I didn't write your surname right) for her coaching last night , for her support and her kind words.

5 am Club Day 8/90
I answered a post on Facebook for someone looking for a 5 am club buddy. Spur of the moment day before I decided yes, no planning just committed to giving it a go. As long as they phoned me at 5am for accountability. And then . . . I made it out the front door all on my own and they were flying flags for me!

A website.
I'm looking to create a website. There are sites like wix, go daddy etc, where you can create by your own, but unfortunately the technology is not a cup of tea for me šŸ˜‡. I get confused there. Any help, any suggestion would be very appreciated. Thank you.

She was starkers on Zoom during a funeral...
Recently a past client of mine went viral for all the wrong reasons. And I do mean viral... GLOBALLY viral! You probably saw it. Here’s what happened: There was a funeral. Guests who couldn't attend were invited to watch on Zoom. So she logged on... And not realising her camera was on... She started watching the funeral IN THE SHOWER! All the other viewers could see her doing her shower routine. Obviously she was mortified. And sadly the images went viral on What's App. I was telling this story during this week's live session inside the Expert Coach Accelerator. We'd just started the Zoom call... And I was mentioning how you need to be extremely careful when your camera and microphone are switched on lol. Because if you’re careless you never know what might happen or what the repercussions might be. Likewise… As coaches we also have to be extremely careful with the language we use with our clients. Transformation occurs through language and being aware of language. So if we’re careless… And use the wrong language… We can actually cause more harm than good to our clients. And the repercussions of that can be disastrous for the client and your coaching business. You see… This is why I get together with the ECA members each week for live coaching practice… To help them help their clients create new realities through language. For example, when you master your language: * You can help guide your client to empowerment in every decision they make * You can get rapid client results no matter what the niche or problem is * And you can become an Expert Coach who earns a great living working online from anywhere… …because you regularly get testimonials and referrals from your happy clients. It all starts with being aware of the language and words you use. Which is why practising with other coaches over Zoom is really important. Just don’t try to do it in the shower please :-) To find out more about the Expert Coach Accelerator… And to join us before our next live session…

@Alex Lockhart Depends, how close they were, what's their relationship or, maybe , this event reminded her that life is short. The tragic can happen anytime. No one knows when, where and how.. So take care and enjoy your body ( I don't mean you Alex personally). Celebrate the fact we are alive. šŸ™
reflections on my way back from Birmingham
every extra effort spend pays back tenfold. still buzzing with energy charged at the community event @Sharon Little organized in Birmingham. Just amazing to get to see faces and exchange real hugs. If you want to categorize the overall event — one day with structure and quite some learnings — one to enjoy ourselves side track learnings: — you learn who shows up and who doesn’t — you learn who wants to consume and who wants to create — walk in events might not be the most efficient way YET us going on walks and exploring: just the best. i had an amazing time and some first times in Birmingham: — video recordings — deep dive sailboat —> really nice to see the difference to the regular exercise — japanese food in UK, actually quite good for outside Japan — my first ever margarita cheesecakes — learned a lot more about birmingham on our boat trip — side notes like back in the days kids started to work age 5 and people had an average lifespan expectation of 22 years made quite humble — the coffin makers museum, with quite some german hardware 😱 an unexpected surprise
