hello I am a new member in this community and I have trouble seeing the punches coming at me. I had been at a boxing gym for 2 years but I didnt learn how to spar at all . All the fighters there thought that they are mike tyson and they were doing hard sparring all the time. I ended up breaking my nose. Any tips on seeing the punches?
