Existing. Crazy magical times. This whole concert is wild. Magical time it would seem I wasn't even born for a few more years.

Life is all about energy. When we create good energy and good vibes, everything feels more meaningful, more connected, more alive. Some of us create it through: ⚡ Good movement and music: dancing, singing, walking, hiking, running, yoga, playing.​ ⚡ Circadian alignment: honoring sleep, sunlight, and natural rhythms. ⚡ Good nutrition: fueling the body so the brain and mood can actually show up. ⚡ Stress management: building resilience with breathwork and meditation, and protecting our brain energy and nervous system. Some of us are just starting to improve in these areas. Some have mastered all four (or at least know how to get back in balance quickly when life knocks them sideways).​ What gives you good energy or good vibes right now? ✨ A song or soundtrack? ✨ A daily habit or ritual? ✨ A simple practice that always helps you reset? @Terence James definitely! Do you have a place close to you that you like to walk? Is there a time tomorrow that you can take a few minutes and just go walk, even if it's just 10-15 minutes to start?
