Excerpt from my book...
This is an excerpt from the book I'm working on publishing, it's also a story I share with everyone in my Release the Weight that Holds you Back Masterclass. It's a longer post, but full of gems IMO :). If you have any feedback, lemme know! "You may have heard of the story about the Sun and the North Wind arguing about which one is stronger. It’s one of Aesop’s fables. The Sun and the North Wind are engaged in a heated argument about which one of them is stronger, with each of them claiming to be more powerful. As they’re having this argument, a man wearing a thick, heavy cloak walks down a path nearby. The Sun and the North Wind decide to have a competition to settle the matter once and for all. Whichever one of them succeeds in getting the man to take off his cloak will be the winner of the strength challenge. The North Wind says, “Ha, this will be easy! I can easily make this man take off his cloak. Just watch me!” He proceeds to blow as hard as he can in the direction of the man, lifting up leaves and dust in the process. The man wraps his cloak around him even more. The North Wind angrily grabs a corner of the cloak, tugging with all his might. The man responds by holding on tighter and tighter. The Sun now has her turn. She gently shines her rays down on the road the man is walking on. The man takes a deep breath in and out, grateful for the shift in weather as he loosens his grip on the cloak. The sun continues to shine without much effort, with much kindness and joy. The man starts to feel drops of sweat on his neck and on his brow. As he gets warmer and warmer, he takes the cloak off and releases it to the ground as he plops himself down in the shade of a nearby tree. This story reminds us that, in time, gentleness can often be more powerful than force and aggression. In this book, I share with you the steps I took to be able to release the cloak of excess weight that I was holding tightly onto. As long as I allowed the North Wind of my life to toss me around this way and that, as long as I tried to aggressively force myself into better habits, I could not let this cloak go. As soon as I let the Sun of kindness, compassion, and joy shine on me, both from within and from without, only then could I feel comfortable enough to release the chains that kept me stuck in self sabotage.

@Dani Rosenblad James it helps me to put the focus on my book more and get excited about working on next steps when I share pieces of it. Thanks for the opportunity to share!

@Dani Rosenblad James good point!
I've Moved Over Classrooms! 😊
Now, the videos, tools, and workbooks that I had created for Storyteller's Inner Circle are in this classroom for the ones that are ready to take their book writing to that next level! I'm really excited since everything is coming together! Also, I'll be having a workshop coming up! I don't have a set date, but I should know more by the end of this month!

Exciting!
Publishing ideas?
How should I publish my book? I applied for a few hybrid publishing companies and that didn’t go anywhere. Would love to hear your ideas! Whether they’re routine ideas, and totally normal, or wild and crazy…I want to hear it all! It’s really important to me to get this book published. I’d love to find a reputable publishing company that would do it in a way where we split the costs. I don’t have funds to invest in publishing right now. But I’m also open to self-publishing.

🌟 Calling All Beta Readers! 🌟
Hey friends and fellow writers, After countless early mornings, long weekends, and all the last minute tweaks to get it just right, I’m nearly finished with my book — The Blueprint Method: Discovering the Life You Were Meant to Live — and now I’m looking for a few brave souls to help me take it across the finish line. ✨ This book is part soulful guide, part reflective field journal, designed to help readers reconnect with their authentic self. The premise is simple but powerful: we are each born with a personal blueprint — a unique design made up of our personality, values, skills, motivators, and even our voids — and life feels the most aligned when we learn to live in harmony with it. Through stories, reflections, and practical tools, I walk readers through the process of: 🔹Recognizing when “this isn’t it” (when success feels hollow or the boxes we’ve checked leave us empty) 🔹Discovering and exploring their personal human blueprint 🔹Learning to listen to life’s feedback — those nudges, synchronicities, and challenges that guide us back into alignment 🔹Finally, moving from awareness into action — living authentically, crafting a mission and vision, and declaring their purpose out loud It’s not a “how-to” book with rigid steps, but rather an invitation — to pause, reflect, and begin living in a way that feels true. 💌 What I’m asking of you: I’d love for a few thoughtful readers to go through the manuscript and share honest feedback. Does it flow? Does it resonate? Are there spots that confuse you, inspire you, or maybe drag on a little? Your insights will help me refine the final version before it heads into the world. 📚 What you can expect: 🔹Genre: Personal growth / self-discovery 🔹Tone: Conversational, encouraging, and a little playful (I promise, it’s not all heavy soul work!) 🔹Length: About the size of a cozy weekend read 🔹Experience: Reflection prompts, metaphors (like puzzles, rivers, and even Buddhist symbols), and invitations to explore your own journey

@Dr. Melissa Partaka if you want to send it to me, I can try to read it as I have time, in the evenings after my training. My email is naturalpathways2joy@gmail.com. What kind of feedback are you looking for? And who is your publisher, if I may ask?

In 3 Days We Have a Guest Speaker! 🔊
Woohoo! 🥳 I love when we have guest speakers! 🗣️ My favorite is gaining knowledge and a best way is listening about others' experience and learn from them! Plus, when we have these meetings, you have the chance to ask questions and learn from someone who's already done it! Natalie Horseman has written 3 children picture books and has a way of using daily life into her stories! This is a great tool for any kind of writer to learn! It can be beneficial on learning this when you're creating posts, stories, events, and writing a book. 📖 It's definitely worth a watch! 😊 This event is happening on Friday, the 12th of September at 11:30am PST/8:30pm CET. 😁 You can find it in the calendar! Make sure to mark it in your own calendar and I'll see you there! Who's all coming to this exciting event?! 🗓️
