One Reel. 5.2 Million Views. Zero Editors.
A few months ago I started building AI content systems for clients. No editors. No script writers. No managers. No scheduling tools. Just AI running 24/7 doing all of it automatically. The results surprised even me. One client hit 5,251,777 views on a single reel. 93.9% of that came from people who had never seen their account before. 2.8 million brand new accounts reached. 204 days of total watch time generated. No paid ads. No cold outreach. Just consistent content the algorithm rewarded because it never stopped. The same system brought in 42 inbound leads and helped close $25,800 worth of clients across four different people. Here is what I learned building this. Most businesses do not have a content problem. They have a consistency problem. The moment you remove the human bottleneck, the algorithm does the rest. AI does not get tired. It does not call in sick. It does not forget to post on a Tuesday because something came up. That is the whole thing. If you are building something similar or want to understand how the system actually works, drop a comment below. Happy to break it down.

Responding to the Criticism (FREE EVENT)
Hey everyone, 47 days ago, 2,500 of you joined us live. 92% stayed for the full two hours. And the feedback was honestly great (mostly). A lot of you said Erik showcasing his process for hitting $156k in revenue in 60 days was better than most paid trainings you’ve bought. But there was one piece of criticism that struck me. And to be honest, it got to me because it was true. That wasn’t the only one either. We had almost 90 people email us asking the same thing: “How do you actually scale this if you’re chasing a new client every month?” Well ask and you shall receive (sorry, I had to). Look, I agree that retainers are the only real way to scale to six and seven figures sustainably. It’s how we’ve grown at Morningside. And it’s how our best Accelerator members are building real businesses instead of constantly chasing the next one-off project. It’s also how an Accelerator member, Tyler. has hit over $255,000 selling an AI Operating System (AIOS) package to companies over the past two months. So on June 23rd at 7:00pm EDT, we’re going live with Tyler. And this time, we’re not just covering how he sold it. We will be covering exactly how he charges his monthly retainer package as well as a step by step (yes, screen-share and all) walkthrough of what he builds for the client to allow for this. And just like Erik, Tyler doesn’t come from a technical background. He’s an ex-Army Ranger who only started his AI services company last year. So if you’ve been trying to understand how you can possibly charge a monthly retainer for AI services, or are still stumped on what an AI Operating System even is, then this is it. Registrations are officially open. Simply click below to register and we will tell you the next steps. [SECURE YOUR FREE SEAT HERE] I'm looking forward to it. Liam.

Tyler is killing it. Blows my mind.
I have my first discovery call booked. Give me your best tips.
OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG. I'm taking the Consultant path right now. This morning I sent out my warm messages but with a tweak. I have a huge network on LinkedIn after being in the corporate world for 15+ years. So I posted the message there. Someone reached out to schedule immediately. Now I'm freaking out a little. It's scheduled for Friday so I have a little time to prepare mentally. Give me your best advice.

@Hamad Waqar It is an executive recruiting firm. They find C-Suite level candidates for companies. I'm still working with them. The founder was on vacation there for a bit but I have a meeting on Tuesday to talk next steps (they already have the proposal). In addition, they have referred two other clients to work with me! So I have those in flight also. Pretty cool.

@Dale Miller The instructions are in the Consulting course, including how to build the final report. The prompts and flow kind of do the work for you. It's wild!

@Fedir Nikov It's all in the AI Consultant Crash Course .
Q for people already delivering high ticket automations...
I'm presenting the audit report tomorrow to my first client. This is a potentially high ticket job that would require a custom layer to communicate with their CRM and then some smaller things to automate scheduling and stuff. I think if things go well there is potential for more work with them and they have already referred me to two other clients. The calculated ROI is pretty high and I've been sick for the past week with bronchitis so I haven't thought much about the actual next steps and today I'm trying to make my final preparations. Should I prepare a proposal to give them with the audit report? What about if they ask me for pricing right then and there tomorrow? I'd like to be prepared. Thanks!

@Ghaith Ali thank you! I used the prompt from the Consultant course and then augmented with Claude to help me nail down the pricing. I am going with value based pricing and a phased rollout. 💪🏽
