One small shift that can bring your guidance back online
I want to offer a different perspective today—one that might catch you off guard: What if feeling drained… foggy… like your light is dimming—isn't it just burnout? What if it’s actually a message? The other day during a reading, I saw this image of a woman calling from a phone with 3% battery—no charger in sight. She just kept giving, pushing, showing up for everyone else like it was noble. But her spirit team had a different view. They were saying, loud and clear:“Don’t forget to plug back in - you can not pour from an empty cup!” And maybe that’s you, too. Are you the one holding it all together? Do people lean on you? Do you keep saying yes or pushing harder, thinking that this push will really make the difference. Drinking more coffee to bounce back, but underneath it all… you’re tired. Here’s what I’ve learned (the hard way):That tiredness -> It’s not a weakness. It’s a signal from your higher self’s your spirit team’s way of saying:“Hey you! It’s time to plug back in.” Because when your battery is low, you’re not just physically tired. It's harder to notice the signs. Easier to doubt the nudges. And many times you lose touch with the subtle—but sacred—ways your spirit team is trying to speak to you. One of the core pillars in my Intuitive Lifestyle program is all about this: understanding how they guide you in everyday life. And here’s what they’ve shown me again and again: 1. Exhaustion is a form of spiritual static. When you’re in go-mode 24/7, the volume on your intuition gets turned way down. You can’t hear guidance clearly if you’re not resourced enough to receive it. 2. The signs are there—but they are much easier to notice in your stillness. Repeating numbers, random songs, that inner knowing… they don’t show up louder just because you’re struggling. They show up clearer when you’re present. 3. Recharging is alignment. When you pause to nourish yourself, even in small ways, you’re not just doing self-care. You’re stepping back into energetic alignment. And that’s where the magic happens—where guidance flows without forcing.

There will be drawbacks but continue moving forward in this new path
The Real Reason You Feel Stuck (It’s Not What You Think)
Have you ever said…? - "I feel stuck and don’t know what to do." - "I should be further along by now." - "I know I need to move forward, but I feel blocked." - "I don’t trust myself to make the right decision, so I stay stuck." If this sounds like you, here’s what no one tells you. Feeling stuck has nothing to do with lack of options. Most people think they’re stuck because they don’t have the right strategy, knowledge, or next steps. But that’s not true. You’re not stuck. You’re resisting the next level of yourself. Stagnation isn’t a lack of movement—it’s a sign that something inside you isn’t ready to let go of the old version of you. You might not realize that you're subconsciously: - Holding onto limiting beliefs that feel “safe” - Seeking certainty before taking action (but clarity comes after action, not before) - Keeping yourself small because your nervous system isn’t ready for expansion - Mistaking overthinking for intuition, which keeps you in the same loop How to Break Out of the "Stuck Loop" 1. Stop looking for more information and start shifting your energy. 2. Ask yourself: "What am I actually afraid of losing if I move forward?" 3. Instead of waiting for clarity, take one imperfect step and let clarity follow. 4. If you keep looping in self-doubt, it’s time to clear the blocks and align your energy. The moment you shift internally, your external reality follows. You’re not waiting on life—life is waiting on you.

Are You Pouring From an Empty Cup?
This is something so many of us struggle with (myself included). We are the ones who always show up. The ones people count on. The ones who say, “I got it,” even when we don’t. But being the one who’s always giving can be exhausting. And sometimes, that constant giving isn’t just coming from love—it’s coming from a belief that we have to. ✨ “If I don’t do it, no one else will.” ✨ “I don’t want to be selfish.” ✨ “People need me.” Sound familiar? Always saying yes, always carrying the load, always putting yourself last—it isn’t the answer. In fact, it’s blocking the very support, love, and ease that you deserve. Your exhaustion is a message. Your overwhelm is wisdom. It’s time to listen. So here’s my invitation: Practice receiving. 💛 Ask for help—even in the smallest ways. 💛 Say no without guilt. 💛 Choose you the way you’ve been choosing everyone else. Because your worth isn’t in what you do for others. It’s in who you are. And you deserve to be held, too. ❤️ How are you going to receive this week? I’m going to ask for help with cleaning the house!

@Michelle Galoob this really resonates with me, thank you! I always found it difficult to receive a compliment, to ask for help. But now I am working on this, practicing on receiving!
