@Adam Phomin just to be more intuitive when I eat. Slow down when I eat. Be less distracted when I eat. Hard with 4 small kiddos!

Cardio n Walking

I’m looking for feedback on how the program can be improved. Anything from the visual appearance, the audio quality, the programming, the explanations, the duration or pacing of the sessions….. Misogi log flipping tomorrow!

The VMP 2025 Misogi I will be flipping a cedar log in my yard over and over again until it equals the distance of 1 mile! Stats: Red cedarwood log, 8'9" and 85 lbs. 1 mile = 604 flips! The true challenge of this is that I will have a time stipulation of about 7 hours or so, as I'll be trying to complete it before kiddos are home from school! I also have not done any extensive training for this task so it'll truly be a new challenge for me. A true Misogi. The possibility of failure is real. The task is challenging. One log. One flip at a time. One mile!
