There was a time last year when one "slip up" would've convinced me to quit. A bowl of guacamole and chips would've turned into a derailment of my intention towards optimal health and wellness. Yes, recently I had guacamole and chips. A response to stress and adjustment to life after moving into my new studio apartment. Then I kept going. No guilt. No punishment. No starting over.
