there is more you can do for you - boo 😉 Here's what I do too: 1. Putting tapu in place: for whānau time, me time & going home to my whenua time 2. Daily Te Whare Tapa Wha check list: Wairua: daily karakia, Whānau: tell my whānau I love them, Tinana: check my steps/gym routine, Hinengaro: switch off periods - freedom to day-dream 10mins a day (remember you moemoea pukapuka dust it off check what you wrote...) 3. Review, reset, rewrite: my Kawa list 6mthly
What works for you? Pt1
there's much to learn about how to get to a leadership role from the bottom, while doing your day job. Here's what has worked for me: 1. Having a manager that believes in me 2. having an internal business mentor, an external business mentor & a cultural mentor 3. Remembering to switch off the corporate hat 4. find a role/PD you want in the near future, work on what development programmes you can do to gain the tick a box process ie: governance, mentoring/coaching, budgeting/forecasting etc Share your 'what works for you - and go lol
