Daily Te Whare Tapa Wha check list: Wairua: daily karakia, Whānau: tell my whānau I love them, Tinana: check my steps/gym routine, Hinengaro: switch off periods - freedom to day-dream 10mins a day (remember you moemoea pukapuka dust it off check what you wrote...) 3. Review, reset, rewrite: my Kawa list 6mthly
