Claude Code+VS Code
Most people see Claude Code as a developer tool. I use it for office work — and 90% of what I do isn't code. I'm Vadim, an IT guy at a museum. Claude Code runs inside my VS Code every day, but I'm not shipping software. I'm running the same agent on everyday office routine — the stuff that eats hours from accountants, HR, lawyers, analysts. A coding agent turns out to be a really good operator for any document-heavy job. The terminal doesn't care if you're writing a Python script or a quarterly report. Anyone here using Claude Code outside of dev work? Would love to hear what you've automated.

Honestly, the biggest unlock for me wasn't a single killer workflow. Claude Code is so universal that the hard part was getting non-tech colleagues comfortable inside VS Code. That turned out to be the real bottleneck — not the agent, not the prompts, the editor itself. Two people on my team finally crossed that wall: our HR lead and a project manager. Both started running their own small automations, and now they're the ones pushing for more. One rule that made the difference: one project = one folder on the PC, and always a CLAUDE.md inside it. Sounds boring, but Claude Code thrives when context is clean and scoped, and the CLAUDE.md file becomes the project's memory — rules, terminology, who the work is for. Once that habit clicks, the agent keeps everything structured almost for free. Curious — are you working solo with Claude Code, or have you tried rolling it out to non-dev teammates too?

Agency Owner building AIOS as a service
Hello all, I’m trying to get to level 3 to improve my existing AIOS product I’m building for my clients. I want to incorporate the aspect of an autonomous agent/wizard that holds your hand through the set up (accomplishes two things: familiarity with the agent, thorough onboarding without the time consuming manual interview process). This same agent then becomes your AIOS assistant, teaching you how to use the system, updating skills for you (this is what autonomous agents excel at) and offering a text first interface for your AIOS interactions. Ask the agent to run skills, create scheduled skills, pull data from connected tools, etc. I’m working on a prototype now for a few clients and for myself. would love feedback and help getting to level 3 to see what areas I can improve based on the AIOS video. Claude Desktop on Different Computers
Have y’all found a way or do you know if there’s a way to have two different desktop Claude installations on two different computers be synchronized. I use a workstation at home and a different workstation at work and I’ve noticed in the chat part everything syncs, but if I move to cowork or to code, it doesn’t seem to sync, even when I map everything to a Microsoft OneDrive curious if anybody else has figured out how to set that up, I’m a little new to this but learning fast

1. If I don't turn off my PC and I need to continue working, I can use the /remote control command. This allows me to continue my session even on my mobile phone. 2. If I want to have access to my PC from anywhere, I can use a VPS with Windows 10 and an RDP connection. Even with a home license, I already have access to 1 basic RDP connection included in the cost of the OS.
