How many outreaches have you sent this week? 1️⃣ 0–35 2️⃣ 35–70 3️⃣ 70–100 4️⃣ 100+

What number of outreaches a day should I aim to get? Just today, I’m starting to do 50-100 a day since that’s what the 16hr course said is the minimum. But I wanna know if that’s too much like, will the quality drop if I push for 100 right away? Or should I focus on dialing in the message and hitting a solid 50 first before grinding up? I don’t wanna burn out or lose momentum, but I also don’t wanna hold back either. What’s the sweet spot for building consistent momentum without trashing my energy or flow?
