I’m still planning my week out tonight, are you? I count Sunday evenings as one of my most pivotal times of the week. As I sit here waiting for my wife to finish up in TJ Maxx (😂) I’m in my calendar planning what the rest of Monday looks like along with Tuesday through Friday. Hey everyone, I know systems are always a big topic and most agents don't have any kind of systems in place because they are unsure as to where to start. I remember when I first started, one of the agents that was mentoring me gave me a checklist that I would print out on a full page label and paste to the front of a legal sized file folder. It was a listing systems checklist, old skool, but man did it work. There are many different tech tools you can use to build these checklists like Asana, Monday, Basecamp and more. The most important first step is building the checklist first. Start with the end in mind and work it backwards...also, put yourself in your clients shoes and understand how you would want to be communicated with if you were your own client.
