Hello Doctor, I have fatty liver and difficulty digesting fats, and I suffer from chronic diarrhea. Can I still take TUDCA to thin my bile and relieve my diarrhea?

I used a vibration and heating device all over my body to loosen up the muscles. I wasn't hydrated. Now I feel sick and think it's probably from mobilized toxins. I have activated charcoal but this won't help, is that right? Since the toxins would be outside the GI tract? What can I do to feel better other than drinking water and maybe? lemon water?
