Just completed the ADHD Awakening Assessment and a lifetime of confusion finally clicked. The little girl who hunted seashells and four-leaf clovers grew into the woman who hunts lost things, contract loopholes, and ways to protect people who can't protect themselves. Same instinct, whole life. I'm not "just broken." I'm a finder and a fighter who's been measured by the wrong ruler. And the chaos in my house? Turns out it was never about mess.

Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and learned I was actually diagnosed as a kid but never told, because the meds made me a zombie and my high IQ hid the rest. Turns out the letter of kindness I wrote to my 8 year old self is the exact thing my present self needs to hear. Mind a little blown.

I've been trying to get things done in here and do the daily grind of real life but feel like I'm failing. I have so many open loops to choose from so I grabbed one and made the call and sent the email. Check that off the list but added more. Kind of a win 🏆
