Bio: Have always enjoyed sports, but came to running in my late 30's, and more recently to triathlons. Average runner and cyclist, can survive in water!

Bio: Long term cyclist with a back ground of racing and now hooked on triathlon. I have worked in cycling and been a bike fitter for 16 years!

Bio: Runner. Came to this late in life. Post lockdown challenged to a marathon by Coach G. Don't like roads so ended up doing Ultras and fell running.

Bio: Dad to two amazing children, husband to my gorgeous wife, and determined to have my Ironman medal!
