I live in Bangkok Thailand. Been on a diet for 2 years. Mostly carnivore. Stopped booze 2 years ago to help with better choices. Heard about TRT etc. 63 years old . Go to the gym 4 times per week. Will get my blood checked for testosterone all kinds plus a bunch of other data. Still have 24 kg to lose to reach my goal of 80kg
