sorry to blow this up! I did find one property on both tools and Comps Dashboard has it at roughly $80k in rev. and AirDNA has them at $52k 🤔 wondering where the differences in how they're calculated comes in

@Preston Pope any insight on the differences in comps from the comps dashboard to AirDNA and why they tend to differ so much? often not even brining up the same properties in my experience
