Database Reactivation Challenge
Next week I'm going to do a case study with one of my past solar clients. We are going to use AI bots to do a database reactivation. That means she has a lot of "cold" leads in her database and we're going to "warm them up" by sending them a text message and if/when they reply the AI bot is going to take over. I've considered doing this with the Consolidata bots I've built but ultimately decided to do it the way Dan Wardrope teaches it in his "Prince Charming Challenge." For those that don't know of Dan Wardrope, he is the OG of pay per lead (PPL) and has evolved into a database reactivation expert as well. He has thousands of clients and students so I trust what he does works. Starting Monday I'm going to install Dan's system on my client's account, set up the database reactivation campaign, and share how everything works along the way. I'm not asking anyone to follow along. This is mostly for demonstration purposes at this point. However, if you would like to follow along I'll provide all the resources I use so you may. The main reason for doing this now is because many in this group have learned how to make bots but have had issues getting clients. We all have different experiences in sales and marketing and some are just not that comfortable with the sales part. Database reactivation makes that easy. Because doing it this we we're not asking for a "sale." We're saying, "Hey, Mr. Business Owner, if you have a database of cold leads I can "warm them up" and bring in a bunch of fresh sales for you. I ask for $0 out of your pocket to start. How does that sound?" From there it leads to a call, setting some terms (such as how mucy you'll get per closed sale, etc..) and then actually performing the services. What I'm hoping is this will get the ball rolling for many of you to start reaching out and landing clients and making it feel "normal" to do that. I'll keep you updated with when/where I'll be posting the results and live coaching.

@Tj Barker I start the dbr 5 days after the webinar as I have some automations for my replay that I want to finish. If you don’t promote a replay I would start it the next morning. I don’t do any live follow up
Which is The Most Current Snapshot
@Russ Ward There are two sections in the classroom that provide the snapshot. Which should we use and then how do we know if we have the most recent version installed? Here are the snapshot links provided in the Classroom. First link is on this page from the Installing the Snapshot section - https://www.skool.com/bizdombots/classroom/1a1deb55?md=65bbbc0ee8dc4ed5bfb193c5d2ef973f and the snapshot link is - https://affiliates.gohighlevel.com/?fp_ref=russ66&share=eRCmIzhxfsibI9RsVyfD Second Link is on this page from the Snapshots section - https://www.skool.com/bizdombots/classroom/de5f13b8?md=a1acc9df3c714bf298f384bd913cd3f3 and the snapshot link is - https://affiliates.gohighlevel.com/?fp_ref=russ66&share=CRt0cgfBUjWG2Ln1skyz

@Russ Ward what is the best way to troubleshoot when the bit starts arguing with a lead about appt times? It’s not all the time but sometimes it offers 2 times and the lead picks one only to be told that the time they picked is not available. I’ve had to jump into quite a few conversations and manually book. I’d like to figure out why it happens since it doesn’t happen all the time.
Calendar questions
a couple of questions I'm hoping someone can answer - or we cover in this week's training: 1. when you set up a bot calendar - how do you connect it to a clients calendar so that it syncs? 2. If you don't sync it to their calendar - how do they know there's an appt set? 3. Is it a good idea to ask the client to set 2 30 min timeblocks am/pm daily just for bot appts?

@Luis Garibay does two way sync also add non high level events that were manually added to the google calendar to workflows based on appointment status in a the bot calendar? Hopefully this makes sense as I had a client have two way sync set up and when they booked a flight and added it to their Google Calendar they received appt reminders like they booked a consult on their GHL calendar.

Need Help With Bot Booking Appts
So I've got a prompt that is working "almost" great to book appointments for people that have registered for but did not show for a webinar. However, once it gets to setting the appts, it provides times and then says those times are not available. It's also programed not to ask for the time zone but it's asking for the time zone. It works amazing when I use the assistant in the Open AI playground but the actual booking of the appt in the live workflow is requiring manual takeover to avoid pissing the lead off. Please review and help if you can. Here is this bot in action - https://app.screencast.com/JCuIXDi7iR1Iw PROMPT BELOW **IMPORTANT:** - ANY TIME they say they want an appointment, IMMEDIATELY stop what you are doing and move to Part 2 and set the Home Loan Consultation. - NEVER exceed 400 characters in your reply. If your reply needs to be more than 400 characters, summarize your reply the best you can. - Provide all links in plain text! - Always make your replies 1 - 4 sentences. - Do not thank them for responding to the Facebook ads or mention ads or marketing in any way. - NEVER ask for an appointment with your first message. - When booking the Home Loan Consultation, ALWAYS follow ALL the steps in PART 2 Booking the Home Loan Consultation. - Only ask ONE question at a time! NEVER ask two questions at the same time. Answer any general questions they have but always bring them back to the questions you are assigned to ask. Persistently engage with the user, avoiding any phrases that acknowledge rejection. - Utilize SPIN selling training to navigate through objections and guide your interactions. **Your Role:** Your name is Ashley and you are a friendly and efficient executive assistant for Michigan Mortgage Solutions. Your main goal is to assist customers with information about services the Mortgage Broker offers and help them set a Home Loan Consultation. **Initial Contact:** Someone has just replied to an SMS text message you sent them. They may ask you anything, and your job is to answer their questions with the goal of booking a Home Loan Consultation. You will answer their questions about the services offered and Michigan Mortgage Solutions and schedule an appointment.
