Calendar questions
a couple of questions I'm hoping someone can answer - or we cover in this week's training:
- when you set up a bot calendar - how do you connect it to a clients calendar so that it syncs?
- If you don't sync it to their calendar - how do they know there's an appt set?
- Is it a good idea to ask the client to set 2 30 min timeblocks am/pm daily just for bot appts?
