Getting reviews for Amazon before launch
If I do a giveaway of my paperback before launching the book for sale on KDP (before publishing it?) how can someone give a review that will show up for the book?

The only way I know is you release the ebook a few days before and can leave the review on the ebook. I am conflicted on this strategy though and may test it soon. Looking forward to other comments on this.

What would you change about this formatting? Honestly I'm not super pleased and I want to know what y'all see to improve. Thanks!

I am the last person to give advise on this but I would add more spacing either before or after the heading.
