Hey can anyone assist me with this for META ads? My personal account got flagged falsely and now it's making it so that I can't manage my clients ads fully (because of restrictions to publishing). Ads are still running for me and my clients but I don't know what to do. Split tests are over and I can't turn under performing ads off for my clients and I also can't turn ads off for my clients if they request it. I haven't submitted an appeal yet because I can't actually see what I got flagged for the post they are citing is from may and they won't show me what it is. Can anyone help? I'm stuck with this problem until September 15th otherwise.

I've always done the marketing for my clients myself I'm currently on upwork right now but there's no middle ground. They are either really great they are other agencies and simply using upwork as a source of leads for their high ticket services. Or they are really terrible, want the pay of an American, while being a foreigner, and in order for them to be able to fulfill services at half the capacity I do they need serious training. What would you guys do?

Hi everyone! Now that I've got a solid grip on how to actually run decent ads, I was wondering if anyone was able to share your favourite outreach method you found to work well early on? I've been cold DM'ing and emailing local businesses to try and keep a sense of familiarity, but I've been ghosted by everyone that I've reached out to so far. I've been doing personalised outreach, so writing the emails/dms is more time consuming and impacts volume but its something I feel is the right thing to do. I'd love to hear what outreach method others found success with in the early stages of an advertising agency, and what kind of offers prospects responded best to? Thanks everyone! 🫡
