What's everyone's thought on running as a means of cardio. I run several times a week and mostly big runs like 5-6 miles when I do run/jog. I've heard different takes. Just curious what yall think
Sleep is good. Appetite is strong especially on those running days lol. I always try and replenish the calories burned that day for sure. Typically I try and run on my rest days. Im following a workout that has 3 off days and those are my days to run. I've put into practice your lighter weights higher reps theory into that workout as well. Thanks for the reply also.
