Running deleting gains?
What's everyone's thought on running as a means of cardio. I run several times a week and mostly big runs like 5-6 miles when I do run/jog. I've heard different takes. Just curious what yall think

Sleep is good. Appetite is strong especially on those running days lol. I always try and replenish the calories burned that day for sure. Typically I try and run on my rest days. Im following a workout that has 3 off days and those are my days to run. I've put into practice your lighter weights higher reps theory into that workout as well. Thanks for the reply also.

41 yr old father of 4 boys. I work out and run several times a week. As I get older I'm subscribing more and more to the lighter side of lifting.
