@Matt Earle cool bro, that’s great. There’s a couple of things in there that in theory are awesome but in reality could be a bit sticky. I think that something around the VIP experience or ‘lifetime’ tune ups/care could work well plus the trade in of any frames - those are both super practical and easy to implement. I notice my competitors to a trade in thing but don’t seem to have a lifetime care package. I think there is something in that.
