Black Friday Ads
Hey guys, sorry this is a random post. I need to start setting up my Black Friday ads as I really need to advertise a month out with all the noise. I had an old setup you guys did but I think this is pretty old now. Any help appreciated. Chur!! 😎 (oh this is Meta I’m talking about)

@Trent Sunderland Have just done a big session in the ads. The numbers are looking really healthy and you're building a nice warm audience for the BF launch later this week. I have turned off the original ad set that was in the warm campaign as the test one is smashing it. I've left both ad sets on in the cold campaign and think we turn off the lowest performing one on Wednesday. I've also made a new catalogue retargeting campaign -- that one that was in there was weird 😎

Success with payments
We had people register but not pay for the course. Yesterday, Matt and Josh suggested Scarcity Urgency and BONUS. We did this yesterday - with the help of my VA - and this morning woke up to a PAYMENT in the bank from a new person. We (me at Growing Choices - my collaborator at Master Dyslexia) also: - texted those who had registered but not paid - with this offer and the payment link. - changed our explainer video to a shorter one that had had more then 6K views on FB Thank you Matt and Josh!

👋 Introduce Yourself
Kia ora, It'd be super helpful if we all get to know each other. We’re a small but mighty crew all working toward the same goal: setting up funnels that bring in leads on autopilot. Here’s what to do: Drop a quick comment below with... 1. Who you are (name + biz or what you do) 2. Your main marketing goal you want to get out of this program That’s it. Super simple. 💡 Pro tip: Don’t just lurk — reply to at least one other person’s intro. Connections = momentum. We’re stoked to have you here, can’t wait to celebrate your wins along the way. 🚀 Cheers, Josh & Mearle

One Page Summary - Interest Free Heatpump For Summer
Ideal Client (Person) → Meet Sarah, a 43-year-old mother of two living with her husband and kids in the heart of Hobsonville Point. After years of planning, they finally moved into their dream home—a spacious, sun-filled house that sits just minutes from the lively weekend markets. Every Saturday morning, Sarah and her family stroll hand-in-hand through leafy streets to pick up fresh bread and see their neighbors, soaking up the warmth and togetherness the community offers. Sarah cherishes these moments. She loves watching her children grow up in a neighborhood where families greet each other by name, and where evening walks often turn into impromptu playdates at the park. Yet, as summer approaches, Sarah’s joy is tinged with concern. The new house, while beautifully built and wonderfully insulated, is beginning to feel more like an oven than a sanctuary. Each night, she lies awake, worrying about her kids tossing and turning in the humid air, dreading the complaints of restless sleep and hot, sticky sheets that might come with the warmer months. For Sarah, finding a solution isn’t just about comfort—it’s about protecting her children’s well-being, preserving those peaceful family evenings, and ensuring their home remains the joyful, welcoming space they envisioned. She’s now searching for answers, hoping there’s a way to keep her family cool and happy so they can keep enjoying their weekends and each other. Core Promise (Outcome) → Keep your home refreshingly cool and comfortable all summer—guaranteed relief from the heat, so your family sleeps soundly every night and enjoys every day. The Plan (Milestones) → 1. Listen carefully to the customer's concerns to fully grasp their unique cooling needs and challenges. 2. Explain multiple tailored solutions in simple terms, helping customers choose the best fit for their home and lifestyle. 3. Provide expert installation and ongoing support to ensure the solution achieves the desired cooling results and customer satisfaction.

Hey @Braedan Griffin - great work!! Some feedback below, but overall this is really strong. I love how customer focused it is -- makes the offer a real no-brainer. The messaging and story are solid. Ideal client: The narrative is vivid and relatable, but it’s a bit long. Consider trimming 1–2 sentences to keep the reader’s attention focused on the problem and desire for a solution. For example, you could condense some of the neighbourhood details while keeping the warmth and relatability. Core promise: Clear and strong. Plan: Fine as is. You could consider rewording step 2 slightly just for readability, eg “Explain simple, tailored solutions so customers can choose the perfect fit for their home and lifestyle.” Price + payment: This is solid but the paragraph is a bit dense (at least to me). You could break it into 2 or3 shorter sentences to make it easier to scan. eg. split the part about benefits v the financial angle. Scarcity + urgency: Love it. Bonuses + guarantee: Strong. Could make the bonus section a bit punchier by leading with the benefit first: “Get a complimentary 6-month professional service to keep your system running at peak performance.”
