New Video for the community page
Hey everyone, I accidently went down a rabbit hole and spent a chunk of the day recording a new video for the about page for our community. Excited to show you all first. Thanks for being here.

@Kevin Hardin Wow...that made me weirdly uncomfortable.

@Kevin Hardin Makes me worried what will happen when we get past this and everything AI generated is completely indistinguishable from real. What does this mean for "The Internet" I know quite a few people who basically believe everything they see on Facebook. Makes me nervous.
AI Standards for Ethical and Responsible Use of AI - COA Accreditation
I stumbled on a document that may be of interest for folks interested in AI policy and governance at nonprofits in the nten forums and figured I would share with everyone in case someone was interested. It's not a thrilling read but there might be some good stuff in there to build off of. Here's a few interesting tidbits. 1. “AI may supplement human judgement and critical thinking but should never replace it.” 2. “The organization’s use of AI is aligned with its mission and values, minimizes risk, and prioritizes the well-being of people and communities.” 3. “Before implementing an AI strategy, the organization conducts a risk-benefit analysis that evaluates the potential impacts of AI on the organization and its stakeholders.” 4. “Stakeholders are helped to understand why, when, and how AI is being used, including what data is being collected, stored, and or shared.” 5. “When selecting commercially available AI tools, preference should be given to vendors that allow the organization to opt out of its data being used to train the model.”

We keep talking about AI policy but it's one of those things that always seems like a "later" priority.
Suggestions please! How can I best help nonprofits during the last 6 weeks?
Happy Friday everyone! I could use your help with some suggestions on how I can best support nonprofits at the end of the year. I know that the end of the year is really busy and stressful for nonprofits. And often time a huge portion of their funding comes from the last few weeks around the holidays. I'm curious what I could do that would be most impactful during the last few weeks. I was thinking about doing a one hour "AI working session" where folks can actually use the tools and build some resources and stories to share at the end of the year. Curious to get your option on what could be most helpful for folks!

Top 5 AI Assistants for Nonprofits - Excited to Share!
I just launched a new way to help nonprofits start using AI Assistants specifically built for them. I consolidated my top 5 AI assistants and made them publically available to everyone. Any nonprofit can get them for free and start using them to help with fundraising, sharing their story, or planning events. As a part of this community you have access to all of these plus more in the classroom. (check them out here) I would be so grateful if you all shared these with any nonprofits that could benefit! Here's the link to share! Top 5 AI Assistants for Nonprofits Thanks!

AI Quick-Sprint Session at 12:00pm ET (Open to All)
Hey everyone, Today at noon (ET), we are hosting an AI Quick-Sprint Session to help get some quick wins with AI. I'll share some of the easiest AI tools that I've found or built that have immediate benefit. The biggest barrier to learning to use AI is not having enough time, so the goal of this session is to help you get some quick-wins so you can catch up on some work you already are doing. This session isn't about learning AI theory. It's about practical and actionable ways you can start using AI immediately. This session is open to the public so feel free to invite a friend that is curious about AI. Here's the link to join: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83358244886 See you soon! -Kevin
