Week 3 Day 2
After a mediocre 43 burpees in yesterday, I had more energy today to get 60 done within 10 minutes, but done in 3 sets of 20 reps…. And… of course, DEKA style. 💪🏼. Big kudos to everyone who can do burpees without modification and fast! Hot damn! 🥵. Hopefully one day I’ll be able to do them without modifications. Got in a 15 minute indoor bike ride after burpees too 💪🏼

Day 2 or Burpee Challenge
Started with day one of endurance for beginners 30 minute on and off run, then finished out with 80 burpees. + 3 extras just in case i miscounted. Definitely not perfect burpee form but made it happen💪🏻

Burpees… day 2
Well today I got 5 more burpees than yesterday… 39 Today I had all of my kiddos join me, kinda lol. My daughter did flips next to me but kept me company for a few minutes and my son did a few burpees with me. My oldest video taped me asking if I thought this was fun and I quickly said Nope lol. Tomorrow is my procedure so I’m down for the count tomorrow but hopefully back in some type of action (if the dr approves) Thursday. Maybe I can get some “donated” burpees lol. Keep up the awesome job 👍🏼

Good luck on the procedure tomorrow! Way to make it happen 💪🏻
BURPEE CHALLENGE DAY 2
Well, it was painful, but I cranked out 70. And yes, I stopped at 70 to preserve what’s left of the triceps at this point. I just had my knee sleeve on the left knee this time oddly enough. It was barking. No video of the sad display, but I did include a screenshot of my arms up this time since I failed that part on day 1. 😂 That puts me at 150 WONDERFUL burpees for the week. Aroo!

NEW ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER
Another powerhouse joins the Project 300 advisory board. Welcome George Mifsud, retired NYPD Captain, 9/11 first responder, and our new Project 300 Police Pod Leader. 🇺🇸💪 @george_g2trainingsyosset ✅ This isn’t just another advisory board announcement. This is about bringing in people who have lived a life of service, sacrifice, discipline, and leadership. George followed in his father’s footsteps and joined the NYPD in 1991. During his distinguished career, he rose through the ranks from Detective to Sergeant, Lieutenant, and ultimately Captain. On September 11, 2001, George answered the call as a first responder at the World Trade Center. He continued serving in the recovery efforts at Ground Zero and the Staten Island Landfill in the months that followed. That’s what leadership looks like when it matters most. Today, George continues to lead as Chairman of the Finest Federal Credit Union and co-owner of G2 Training in Syosset, New York. He’s also a husband, father, and a man who understands the power of fitness, discipline, and community. Now he’s bringing that experience and leadership to Project 300 as our Police Pod Leader. Project 300 is about more than workouts. It’s about building a community of people who hold themselves and each other accountable. People who lead by example, push through adversity, and refuse to settle. With our Spartan partnership, dedicated training tracks, and a growing team of leaders from different walks of life, we’re building something bigger than any one individual. George represents exactly what we stand for. Please join Frank Sepe, Zack Zeigler, and the entire Project 300 team in welcoming George Mifsud to the advisory board! The mission is growing. The leadership is getting stronger. And we’re just getting started. #Project300 #GeorgeMifsud #NYPD #FirstResponders #PoliceFitness
