Questioning Cowork Infrastructure Sustainability for Off-market leads
After spending a couple of days iterating on lead sourcing & data enrichment in cowork, I'm finding that upon iterating, cowork seems to drift from some of the foundational infrastructure design rules & principals that I originally design into it. Despite building clear markdown files, overarching instructions, and edits to these files during iteration, I still notice that it makes up completely new infrastructure at times vs. iterating on existing. I think once I prove the output I want, I might need to recreate some of the more engineering heavy components of my build in code. Curious if others have encountered this?

sounds like a CLAUDE.md file issue though and I don’t think that would be fixed by switching interface. I’d start by asking it to help you set up the project base files first in your project folder. Then those instructions get loaded every time which helps keep it on track and prevent context drift

Travis from Dallas - I'm a former Navy sub officer and currently in a commercial real estate w2. I'm using the lull in deal activity to search for a technical service or manufacturing business. I'm looking nationwide but focusing on the Mountain West for 🏂 🚵‍♂️ and 🧗‍♂️.
Question on making the offer
Has anyone made an offer planning on a sale leaseback. I’m emailing a broker for a few follow up questions to put an LOI together. I’m leaning towards including it in the offer since I am targeting a simultaneous close and need it for closing instead of renting from the seller/landlord Anyone done something like this?

I'd avoid mentioning an SLB, you'd be letting the seller know the market price for the property is higher than whatever you're paying. RE diligence from any SLB firm should take way less time than business buying DD, so scheduling a simultaneous close shouldn't pose an issue.

@Clayton Collins default to asset purchase if your lawyer says it needs to be stock that’s a give on buyer side and seller will be happy to switch
