Great week at off-market leads challenge
I wrapped up day 5 of the off-market leads challenge and it was well worth it. The time allowed us to build a really well structured approach to setup AI tools for efficiency & scale, integrate with key online data sources to pull a significant amount of leads, and enrich data to actually get at the contact info that matters to reach an owner. Glad I spent the time!
Questioning Cowork Infrastructure Sustainability for Off-market leads
After spending a couple of days iterating on lead sourcing & data enrichment in cowork, I'm finding that upon iterating, cowork seems to drift from some of the foundational infrastructure design rules & principals that I originally design into it. Despite building clear markdown files, overarching instructions, and edits to these files during iteration, I still notice that it makes up completely new infrastructure at times vs. iterating on existing. I think once I prove the output I want, I might need to recreate some of the more engineering heavy components of my build in code. Curious if others have encountered this?

I think that's the problem - I'll typically start in a chat session, build out a plan with workflows and then test it out in cowork. I'm finding this to be really inefficient and inaccurate. I haven't spent much time in code, but I see a lot of value in the plan mode. I've been able to make some progress with my outputs in cowork, but I don't feel like it's scalable.

Well, @Jed Morris, after spending most of my evening rebuilding everything in code, I too will probably not be going back to cowork for most things anymore. It's SO much better.
