I ran out the door this moring and forgot to drink my egg whites, so it looks like Iโ€™m fasting till my pre-workout meal.

In meetings this morning and couldnโ€™t eat until now. Very hungry (work was stressful this morning). Fought my bodyโ€™s desire to binge eat whatever I could grab and made breakfast. Does anyone else feel like as they get more stressed, the ability to eat well goes down?
